A Class action suit is in order. Just need a few examples where ISP was clearly not warranted or would be highly questionable beyond a reasonable doubt.
Character defamation and damages. Document everything!

It sounds like there are many law firms interested, so assuming you are Intel HR/Legal I imagine you'll be hearing those legal reasons shortly and on letterhead paper.
I'd like to hear the legal reasons. Intel employess, at least in the United States, are at will employees and they do not need a reason to terminate you. So please list the legal reasons for a law suit please. Thanks n advance.

There are no legal grounds in the US for a lawsuit in regards to this layoff. If you believe that, I have a bridge for sale.

What's the Cause of Action? What gives you a right to judicial relief? What aspects of Intel's behavior do you think are actionable?
That something seems "unfair" to you doesn't necessarily mean it's illegal. I'm going to assume that Intel has paid handsomely for their own "best and most aggressive lawyers" and that they've crafted their layoffs within legal boundaries. As a rule, at-will employment leaves little room for redress, unless you're a protected class that's been fired for reasons - you can prove - that are directly related to your protected status. Specifically.
If you have actual grounds for a lawsuit, I'm sure lots of people would love for you to share this information.

I recommend you don't post law firm names here...Intel is monitoring this site (clearly) and that's direct contact info for them to send a cease and desist letter to any law firms they get knowledge of ... just a suggestion :/
