Will VSP become ISP in late June? Any message about this?

Yes...it will..
If you are offered by a VSP you better take it now because you were targeted. The V will later became "I" soon then you get less money from ISP.
Well if the 12% target isn't met by ISP/VSP/ERP expect more actions. I bet those actions combined will sniff 8%. Plan for more pain for those left behind.
You can easily surmise that the VSP will transfer to an ISP. There is suspicion an impossible improvement plan will be attached to show the employee caanot meet the needs of that job role.
If you are a white male over 50, take the VSP because your days are numbered.
