Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

I am likely to be walked out due to ISP. Can I delay the signing of the papers by a day or two. Need to understand the conditions.

If you are over 40, the EEOC rules state that you can have an extra week to sign the papers.

Yes, you have 30 days to sign the papers to get certain additional benefit - pay for years of service. ALSO, remember, they will not deny you any thing if you refuse to attend legal exit interview and refuse to sign TSAF.

Medical leave and be out 6 months at least. Book a trip to Hawaii.

No. F you are indeed receiving an ISP, there is no time allowance to "think it over". You are toast.
