Yes, you have 30 days to sign the papers to get certain additional benefit - pay for years of service. ALSO, remember, they will not deny you any thing if you refuse to attend legal exit interview and refuse to sign TSAF.
Medical leave and be out 6 months at least. Book a trip to Hawaii.
Just go for emergency leave or medical leave. They can't do sh-- on you.
