Lots of whining about titles, TGT/TTS titles where not in line with rest of comeption...
Explains why during th 12 years I was there external hires, at manager up, burn out and failed way to often. My manager role at different company is easier then my SSE position where TGT stuck me managing 20 contractor... But wouldn't call me a manager since they were contractors.
Life is good outside of TGT.
Lots of manager-level people have been leaving because their titles (and comp) don't compare with what's available outside target. Plus, there's basically no chance of promotion at target. At least this makes their title (somewhat) competitive. But I'd expect to see lots of continued exits. Good luck attracting or keeping talent in the future!

TTS has the worst and toxic leadership. They can't don't anything, only delegation. Get promotion by stealing wins from team for their next promotion.
The best part about this is that these directors talk about how they were promoted to this new title! No you weren't. You were a Group manager that had their title changed by HR without merit
