layoff and acquisitions are the only tools left in managements tool box - leadership long ago departed
been here 25 years and have seen layoffs or re-orgs literally once every 2 years or more. Prepare for the worst but expect better or you will get depressed- have a plan B.
Get your plans in order and be ready for anything. I expect redeployments in the old definition of the term, with very limited opportunities to get out before clock runs out

Since it was announced the ISP window was April 25 to 29, they might not call it ISP. But 'Process efficiency' window runs till end of June.
Of course, they can do whatever they want without telecasting their objectives. In fact, I would be more worried if I heard nothing since you can assume the bas****s are hiding something.
