Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

To ISPed folks who changed groups around focal time: Did you old group try to stall PAN transfer for one or the other reason?

Seems to be a conspiracy theory. If old BU let you go, they wouldn't meet their numbers for ISP. The new BU may be able to override the ISP.

DB is correct and it was in a DCG wide QGS meeting. I think they call them QGS now, used to be the BUM.

One thing we were told today by Intel's newest executive vice president, if you had changed jobs and were given an SSL4 because you were the new guy on the block, Intel wants you to appeal your ISP. Intel managers have been using language that was meant to apply to new hires to internal transfers. After being walked in such a embarrassing way, I am not sure anyone would want to work for Intel again. But if the situation fits your situation, having an executive VP suggest you appeal means you probably have a decent chance at success.
