And Corporate Communism is defined as the following: When company makes successes, most of the credit goes to all level management. When company makes failures, the responsibility is widespread/common, blamed on the communities. The average small man/woman/hard worker gets blamed at most, and fired as final result, and the management again gets the credit for doing this.
I can imagine the same condition in most other big USA companies. BUT NOT in Far East companies: Samsung, HTC, Huawei, ZTE, Media Tek and similar. This is why these companies will prevail and stand strong in the future.
