Just a matter of time! People will be encouraged (read forced) to take VSPs and ERPs.

You're kidding yourself if you think you're untouchable. Criterias are going to change so they can always find something to set you up for failure. It's a numbers game now, how many managers can encourage their employees to take the VSP or ERP, maybe the one that convinces the most will be promoted.

The writing is on the wall, downward spiral, Intel has run its course. Time to find something new. You are valuable just not as valuable to Intel. Save yourself from the stress of wondering if you will be next.

True. They should call it, PVSP. Pseudo Voluntary Severance Package. There will be lots of pressure on these people since their mgrs will pull an improvement plan out of their back pockets. These improvement plans are designed for failure.

Seriously, we love intel as much as we love our country... intel management are like the President/Prime Ministers to us, if they want us to sacrifice ourselves for intel/country, we will do it without a word. All hail to the mighty BK and Murthy!!!
