I know of numerous questionable cases where Intel was paying more than hiring direct, which were never investigated, even supported.
Wipro, Tata and Infosys have by far highest number of H1B sponsorship and are allowed to abuse system thanks to our Washington lobbyists/corruption masters who are no better than Indian corrupt counterparts.
