You are right, I always wondered if anyone from Sears corporate management have ever worked in a real store on the sales floor. If they did, I am sure our staffing needs would be complete different.
Its sad!! A once great company!!! And management STILL doesn't get it! They should start to listen to the people who work there!! They are in the stores dealing with customers face to face every day!!

WAUSAU, Wisconsin - The Sears at the Wausau Center mall will close in August, taking 35 jobs with it.
DES MOINES, Iowa —The Sears store at Southridge Mall in Des Moines will be closing, the store manager confirmed to KCCI on Tuesday. The store is located at 1111 East Army Post Rd. and is one of the main anchor stores for the mall. The manager said an exact closing date has not been set.
Employees were notified of the pending closing on Monday. The closure will affect about 37 associates.
