Murthy's original plan

Is the ERP offered to everyone? In this case, BK is with the company almost 29 years now, and is 55 (see wiki) - So, ho falls into the 'rule of 75'. Will BK take the ERP? What that Murthy's original plan to get rid of BK this way and take over the company?

BK earned more in bonuses this last year than I will see in my life. He needs to chat with me F2F.

@HdAwayZ-nzi!?

"Also, calling Doug Davis a "cockroach" is moronic at best".

If you like him so much... Take him to Ur home to live with you and your family.

"Everyone I knew in IoT was depressed when we learned that Doug was leaving."

If U (or others like U) R depressed, buy a dog. Or Doug. OK?

If he's 55 he also falls under the rule of 55 (although the Rule of 75 is better for folks). ERP is voluntary so maybe he got it like everyone else and opted not to take it.

BK's retirement plan will be WAY better than ERP. Also, since his appointment happens at the board-level, I can see how he wouldn't be eligible for ERP (the board may have to approve any retirement package for BK).

Also, calling Doug Davis a "cockroach" is moronic at best. I don't know him personally, but I've seen his successes long enough that he's become one of the few high-ups that I trust completely. And that's saying a damn lot given the high-ups that we currently have. Everyone I knew in IoT was depressed when we learned that Doug was leaving, he's that good (both business-wise and making sure that his people are treated well and fairly).

"The news also coincides with the sudden departures of two long-time Intel execs who were leading the company's PC and IoT businesses. Kirk Skaugen and Doug Davis were put under Renduchintala's management after he was hired. Aicha Evans, who was leading Intel's mobile-chip business, also under Renduchintala's team, is reported to have left the company two weeks ago."

Murthy, please, clean up this house full of cock-roaches. Throw them all under the short yellow bus, will ya?!

So far BK has performed we under PAR per any CEO standards. Did he inherit this? Did he know what he was doing? Did he follow values intel values and integrity like all those who lost there job did. To be honest BK is a SL5 without question. Board Fire BK it's only fair!
