Leaders should prepare themselves for their worst results yet. I didn’t think it could be worse than last year but they succeeded in creating a truly toxic work place. I wonder how many bottles of wine SL will have to drink while digesting the feedback. Any guesses on how long it will take for the results to filter to the team members?

1zjez - that is a lot of people, including our number two guy...JM himself in that broad category.
Be over 50 and have 15 plus years =bye bye whether you like it or not..
.it happens
I can imagine the C-level sitting for weeks scratching their heads at the survey results. Survey says... we have had enough and Target is in a nosedive.
Survey taking has been closed for a week now. I wonder how long it will take leadership to filter the results down. It was 2 months for the last pulse check.
One way to get better BTS results is to end employment with non conforming robots right before the survey begins. Way to go Target. Really winning.
You are assuming SL will actually read the feedback ... she doesn't care as long as she collects a paycheck.
As part of our ongoing transformation, SL will be consuming box wine while reading the BTS this year.
Yes, they are going to have to let a couple thousand more people go to get to conformity. Good luck robots.
When you have a CEO who only cares about the bottom line, his own compensation and ego this is what you get. Nothing will change for team members until BC is gone. Not sure why he does not understand that miserable employees equals miserable guest.
