Hired July 2014 and got ISP. I was doing well in my previous job - why did recruiters come after me based on my linked in profile only to lay me off in less than 2 years? They had to meet those diversity numbers... set me up for failure!!!

Hired Oct 14 and laid off last week.
I was hired Dec '13 and was laid off last week.
I know one female engineer hired late 2014, got S SSL 4 in first full focal for 2015 and was laid off last week
Yes, I know of one new hire, Jan 2015, that was laid off with SSL4.
I know of many new hires in Q3/Q4 2015 that got the "default" focal rating of ow SSL(4/5) and did not get laid off since they didn't have a "full" focal", which apparently is defined as Q1 or Q2 of 2015.

Yes. I know of a newly hired female as part of Diversity Program to Intel , beginning of 2015 with only one Focal (got Stock Level 4) was laid-off last week.
But then I also know of another female hired as part of Diversity Program that got worse stock level, level 5 (no stock) is still around.
Not sure how these things are being decided.
