If they offer me vsp with (N+3). I will happy to take it.
Almost the end of May 2nd, didn't receive any VSP email yet. Four more days to go in GAR for layoff, and 59 more days to go in GAR for project cancellation impact. Still long waits ahead .... :(
anyone know about ISP same as VSP in US?

n+3 bonus .. what bonus is that? 13 month bonus or other bonus?
n+3 means 1 month pay for every years (or part of it) of service, plus addition 3 months bonus, max at 34 months! For example - if you joint in Jun 01, 2000, then you have completed 16 years and 2 days by the time selection window is closed on Jun 03, 2016, so you will be given 20 months (17 months + 3 months) monthly base pay for the seperation

I think only IR candidate get ISP, SL4 or SL5 this year is VSP.
Take the VSP while you still can.
dont think too much as you have SL5 last year. if intel layoff again 2 years later and give you ISP with criteria SL5 last 3/4 years, you will cry.

Yes, package is attractive, as its (n+3). I am contemplating taking up the VSP as I am close to retirement (but still not eligible for 75 rule).

I got Successful+SSL5 in my last focal. Was expecting an ISP but got VSP instead. Having said that, I am not sure if it is possible they nullify my VSP and send me an ISP later. I hope it won't happen.

Congratulation for the VSP offer. What criteria you met actually? Rule of 75 or subsequent 4 years successful focal rating?
In Penang, just got my VSP offer in my intel mailbox at 7:31am today. I hope it won't be converted to an ISP later on this week....
