Where can I find $200k+ management position in Oregon

I am manager at Intel and need to start planning my scape plan.

Below are skills I excel at (most of those learned at Intel):

Political
Squeeze every once out engineers
Make management happy (yes man)
Throwing people under the bus
Socializing, spend many hours at the cafeteria
Knowing how to do little work as possible
Expert in focal self review and getting excellent feedback from others
Keeping an eye for management on those that don't follow Intel's culture
Smile at management especially BK and Murthy

Government or University faculty... but you'll need to be pretty high up - and like the other said you don't need to go - I see only O/EEs SSL1/2 in your future!

These qualifications sound exactly like those exuded by the AzFSM Intel mgmt team. You can scrap 2/3rds of them and nobody would notice. The same amount of work would get done.

you don't need an escape plan..with all the qualification you have listed, you will thrive at Intel.
