ERP is better than VSP in every regard.
I got VSP & ERP, most people say ERP is better. Is there any advantage of VSP compare to ERP?

There are few options for you. The presentation of the VSP indicates you are a marked man. Mgmt wants you to be nice and just accept their best offer. The idea of the VSP is NOT to get you to stay. However, ifbyou remain , lfe can be rough for you until next ISP period. You will need to update your resume as soon as possible with the goal of getting out before mgmt can permanently damage you. @Hc51P3W-nbv I didn't prepare for hunting a new job yet. I plan to leave intel in the next year. :) the package is just normal level.
