Besides Corp Service, HR, addition to that list should be useless lazy incompetent full of BS Legal flow blows. All competent old timers have left what you have now in flow-blow Legal is some new ones with no clue ( but they will talk big and glib) and some old timers hanging by the thread and lot of good old kiS aSS ones with big titles

Corp services only has about 2100 employees now and provide everything the fabs need to run. Very small percent of people at intel and without them the fabs don't run...that's a horrible idea.
