The "Gang of Eight" petitioning Washington to uncap the HB visa programs to "infinite" suggests that they have lost touch with reality and this is about controlling the labor market as desired to significantly lower IT labor costs. We've all been duped.

Importing STEM workers to the USA fosters an unnatural labor market that cannot wax and wane on its own. You can't mess with mother nature. Remember the Cain Toad.
