This place seems to be getting overrun by simply angry people. I am looking for somewhere that has more forward thinking people. People trying to figure out how to best use the benefits and stuff like that. Anyone know such a place?

There are good posts (with valuable information) interwoven throughout but unfortunately you have to do some sifting. When I see disparaging and derogatory post titles, I ignore the entire thread. I've been here a while (over a year) and I'm pretty sure there is only one guy posting all the racist and insulting Indian stuff. He's fairly limited in his vocabulary and has a predictive pattern to his writing so he's easy to pick out.
@1nvf: There's good info posted everyday. But today has been the best for this site......THANK YOU Game of Thrones guy!!
I am starting to think that while they got some of the wrong people in this wave, they seem to have gotten a lot of the right people. It seems the useful posts get buried under personal attacks on manager that surely the attacker has never even met. I have followed a few of the good posts, but they never get anymore responses once they get past the front page... it's shame, there was good info here a week ago...

You may not want to read this site. If you don't like it, simply don't access it. You are free to do so, just like the good, hard working ex-Intel people have a right tonvent their frustration. Give them the opportunity.

I have the same issue with this site. A friend suggested starting a LinkedIn group... but I'm not sure that people would want their names associated with their comments.
