The delivery support team at both Rosemont and Webster have been overworked and underpaid for months now. Half the staff left due to piss poor management, not being hired on full time (more than half the staff were temps for years), rumors of the company outsourcing, etc. As the team got smaller, more work was put on those who stayed, because no one was ever replaced. More and more ridiculous tasks were given to this team, making day to day tasks impossible. After months and months of busting butts to meet expectations, the team is told their position is being outsourced.
Yeah, good luck Guatamala folks who are taking over this position. Xerox will crap on you just as bad for half the pay.
