The management on this site are extremely corrupt. This cancer had been growing for many years and especially evident on night shifts. GLs on these shifts have taken many more days vacation than they would normally be allowed, leave their shifts early, take many more out of office days than their day shift counterparts, etc. They have been able to get away with these corrupt practices for quite some time. Corporate should audit this site and see they can easily fire many more people for abusing the system.
I have heard that the managers and group together do this. They also have gone into sex sites on their phones and been with prostitutes in the parking lot. The night shift need to be looked at really close. But they rather let the good workers go and keep pepole like that.
I've heard these activities have been going on for years right under the noses of these three clowns who head the AZFSM site. They either choose to ignore or are two dumb to realize the game some of the night shift GLs and their employees are playing. They all protect in other. Very corrupt activities.
There should be more fired that use company time to go to strip clubs and drinking and cheat on spouses on company time. Some clock in go do their thing and come back to clock out and go home. Facts. Those are that ones that not deserve to still be there.
