We are suffering alright...
This whole focal process has gotten from something effective to something bad.
It does not reflect on your true performance, it only reflects on your manager's juggling skills with budget as you can no longer get a grade that matches performance but one that matches the budget.
This became a true BS and the corporate axes went down on many people that are performing very well but it didn't show in the last focal due to this rotten system.
