I have been in Intel 31 years and have seen numerous layoff and re-orgs but Richard never seems to be affected by change, makes me wonder if he knows dark secrets of Intel Corporation.

Need more HR. It is the only part of the company executing.
a pretty sure way to a nice HR job is to get some dirt on somebody big.
