How safe are those who lonely got sl4 once last year

Just remember that we've only seen round one. Next will be VSP then another round of ISP if they don't get what they want out of VSP.
If you got level 4 stock this year, expect to get it again next year and hit the bricks. That's assuming you make it past this year's ISP
If not ISP, this will be VSP. BTW, the VSP is convertible to ISP if not accepted.
