Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Taking Intel out of the mobile market Murthy is secretly working for Qualcomm obviously, in light of the cancellations of the atom line.

Let's be honest and say that Intel failed with Mobile. It did it in wrong way, hired a lot of incompetent people with few good ones. It tried to become someone else, not playing it with its strengths.

Then what to do with the resulting situation is already happening, they hide it under PC group and then use that as excuse to cut a bit both, although mobile really fully failed and PC's are just breathing with the market.

Internally, due to changed culture that was created by many years of 360 based Focal which produces popularity contests and kills constructive open dialogue, internal leadership could not do it, so they seem to selected outsider to do what is necessary.

Qualcomm was never at risk from the current failed lineup. It will be more at risk if Intel restarts it's mobile AP and do some rethinking about what is needed.
