How does it feel knowing while you are having your nice dinner or get together with friends and family, there are employees, who were the main source of income in their household, are wondering how they are going to provide for their family.
When you drill the branded corporation down to the bone of the employees still employed with paranoia, wondering if they will be affected later this year or next year. BK/ Murty- you are a disappointment to the men, who had integrity and worked hard to start this corporation up, only to have thousands of individuals despise the corporation due to the poor judgment of today's current Executive Board tarnish what once was a company at the top of their game and rewarded employees.

Keep trying to manage your control over the puppets that have to follow you. Maybe one day humility will hit you hard in the face, until then live with your decisions. Adding SSL into Focals, set people up to fail or succeed, your management group will follow your orders like puppies waiting for the next command.
