Is there a relation between SSL and RSU? Is SSL4 = 290 RSUs? I am on vacation now and my manager refuses to send me focal via email. But I could see my RSU numbers on circuit. Can you confirm if 290 means level 3 or 4?

290 should be SSL 3 for grade 7/8.
Is there any grade 7 or 8 with SSL3? And how many RSUs? That will clear off some air!

Those of you that don't have correct info should refrain from posting useless replies. Here's the definitive answer. The RSU number is tied to the SSL level and varies by grade. The number of shares in each level is set by Intel and managers have no control over it. The only control managers have is in determining the level to give. If the OP is in grade 8, then unfortunately, 290 is not SSL3. It must be SSL4 then. Focal results should have already been delivered by early April, unless you've been on vacation all this time. That may mean you're likely on the ISP list and just don't know it yet.
I think that the OP meant to request a hard copy of some document from his/her manager, not the formal delivery.

Could be ssl3 grade 8; I got ssl2 and that was 680. Ssl2 = 2x ssl3 from what I remember when BK changed focal rules.

Assuming yu are not trolling. Ssl3 generally is 500+ RSUs for higher grades. This maybe Ssl3 for lower grades.. 6/7/8. If you are 9 ... Expect ISP. I'm not sure about your manager either as focal delivery via email is typical.

SSl score don't have anything to do with Rsu quantities. Manager decide how to allocate their rSUs. Many times a lower grade gets more Rsu then higher grade to make up for lower salary
