Not necessarily next year. Could still be this year. My understanding is that GLs are now being told to watch these VSP employees very carefully (micromanage). Sounds like there may even be a mind game being implemented to force those out.
Yes, they don't have resources to perform walk of shame to all 12000 ppl now, that's why they let some of the lucky one walk out themselves by offering vsp. If you still insist want to stay, sorry, my friend, your only future is isp.

Absolutely correct. I already know some employees that have been threatened to take VSP or else it will mean ISP.
