Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

What if the manager forgot to give 2015 focal ? Does it still count toward ISP criteria ?

I was new in 2014 and i didn't ask for my focal.

The same thing happened to me when I joined in in 2012. I joined in December of 2012 so my manager said that when March of 2013 rolled around, I would not be getting a focal because she had no performance to evaluate on. That was fine with me.

They can use your 2016 rating which is the only rating that matters. What was your stock level in the latest focal ?

I joined towards the end of 2014 so manager might have thought no point in giving focal. I had no chance of EE or O in 2015 focal. So how can they use 2015 rating in my case?

Manager would not forget to give you a Focal which has to be done for each person reporting to them.

You must have a 2015 Focal without you being aware of what was in it.
