I heard a reliable hobo who claims he saw that they were all forcibly tattooed with "Intel Outside" on their right forearms.
He is usually sober till around 6pm on fridays....so if this happened before that.....I totally believe him.
Depends what you mean by "high performing". We now realize the focal review system is a total farce. It only matters whose assyou are kissing. Actual output does not seem to matter anymore.

My friend was working on Sofia-lite and it was canceled yesterday but they didn't walk him yesterday. haven't talked to him today
When a project gets cut, only "high performing" employees will be retained, rest will be ISPed.
