Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Intel HR and Legal are big a drag on Intel bottom line- they get paid for nothing. Most of them dont even go to work and I know few who live in Vancouver and do lot of blo job

I don't believe HR works for the managers, they work for Intel. There are lots of bad managers and they know it, their hands are just as tied as anyone else's. They do and have taken all facts, they do investigations. Maybe not ALL HR have great work ethics, however I believe most do. They're basically a messenger in the whole process. Why do you think they handled most of the ISP's? Because a manager out there couldn't hold their own and do it themselves. You get enough documentation and individuals to back up any wrongdoings that arise, I would say it's a no brained for HR, if a whole organization or department has brought up a matter to HR. HR is there to protect the manager and the company, not you the employee. You are like vermin to them.

Termination , instead of separation package for these rodents would save Intel money.

But no, Intel must be kind to the honest and dishonest, equal opportunity for the thieves and hard-workers.
