I am looking for a copy of a certain document that was in tge 9/9/2015 lay off packet. It is the OWBPA older workers benefit protection act disclosure list. If anyone has their packet and that list could they scan and PM it to me thanks.
OP - I'm not sure if you want to go this route or not, but if you contacted Seagate HR and asked them for a copy, they could probably send it to you. (Along with everyone's W2 information)

as to the trolls.. not sure if they are MBA or HR wannabies who might try to distract from or hijack posts as trolls sometimes do, but either way the intended distraction probably just draws more views in the end... so thanks troll

Obviously that person is one of those losers who has no life outside of Seagate. You know them, they have max vacation banked because they have no friends or family to spend a vacation with. They have nothing better to do then spend 24/7 at work, weekends and holidays. Some may be proud they live Seagate 24/7 but the rest of us laugh at those losers.

do either of you still have the paperwork in your layoff folder they gave you? I forgot to make a copy of the OWBPA list of workers and ages... and I cant find my original copy. If you do have it can you scan it to pdf and PM as an attachment?
