China will base their own CPU on the ARM, OpenPower or MIPS instruction code.
X86 code doesn't give any benefit.

I'm surprised Intel has surprised all these years. It's the most dysfunctional toxic company at every level and in every organization I have known in my short time at Intel.
No way Intel Product Engineering can compete in the market with their products being released three to five years late.
