Want to know who and where our new store manager comes from. Mark Brown from Ohio. Hope he knows what work means. What store number did he come from?

I SAW THIS MAN WORK...I like it IF if plays out.
It is people like Mark that make me sad for this company. A manager who cares about his employees in this company is hard to come by. And the pressure put on store managers from the useless corporate b.s. should be illegal. Many of these managers have been with the company for years and have invested their lives in this company only to be treated like sh** by corporate. Most managers and DM's are just out for themselves and just spew the corporate lies. I just wonder how many of them really believe the things that come out of their mouths.
We had one DM come in to give the yearly rah, rah speach. He told us that SHC was a leading retailer who was bigger than Amazon online and was poised to become the leading online retailer within two years (this was last year). He told us how SHC was changing the culture and the way retail was done and that SHC would be the way every other retailer would sell things in the future etc. Everyone just sat their wondering if we all worked for the same company and if this guy really believed all he said or if he thought we believed him. We didn't.
Mark is a great manager he cares about his employees. He will help any way he can to straighten your store out including unloading the truck and putting out freight. No need to worry.
DM Gallagher is a worthless troll. That is for sure. Every store in his district that has had inventory so far has been horrible. It is truly amazing that he has kept his job so far.
But our district manager has ONLY caused grief. Where is reason to hope for better when the little monkey is still walking around like a gremlim doing so much damage?

But does he know what abuse is? Because the company is expecting him to abuse the store associates while they abuse him. Get out while you can and stop wasting your time with this company.
I know this manager and I can guarantee you that he knows what hard work is!
