Would an employee on a "Corrective Action Plan" or with a Written Warning be entitled to the same ISP/VSP benefits as an employee in good standi

That's the main problem with this ISP approach: indiscriminate removal of successful employees with ones with legit performance issues.

Might as well have chosen shoe size or hair length as ISP criteria.

My interpretation of intel R&R: such trash would be excluded from closure/group actions.
