Fraude is emblematic of the widespread administrative incompetence that has sunk this institution to .03 cents a share and near oblivion. That he rose so quickly in the ranks is not so much a badge of honor but an indictment of a hopelessly corrupt, backward system that rewards the mundane and mediocre. And so the institution dies. What a shame. What a waste.

I work decently closely with Fraud so here is some fact for you:

Fraud is not being let go, its a BS rumor.

Everyone is very aware of his connections to unions, its not new news to anyone at higher levels.

Fraud did not "spill the beans"- he released information about layoffs deliberately in hopes that many would resign positions. This has saved tons of money in the mean time and will save a ton next week since severance will only be paid to those who remained.

Fraud is not stupid, he reads this board often, he posts here, and knows exactly what is going on in this company. Don't mistake him for s fool, you don't get to where he is as quickly as he did (3 years from adjunct faculty to GVP) without being smart and well connected.
He talked to several times by Moscato about his leniency with unions on campus.
I wonder if him being booted is connected to the recent push for unionization? He always seemed to look the other way with unions and seemed very supportive of them, imo the only redeeming quality he had.
I can't believe he lasted as long as he did. He failed at everything he did (anyone remember his idiotic hexemester system with 12 starts per year that was abandoned the second Moscato promoted him?) and was constantly making compliance violations left and right.
