I remember last year when he said all the cuts were done.

OP - Take note of the "company-wide" qualifier. Group-specific ISPs are still on-going till July. It is possible with the new focal system that future ISPs will be handled directly by the BUs, going mostly unnoticed without a company wide communication. Nobody should feel completely safe, and there will be constant fear going fwd until/if business conditions improve.
The joke is on you if believe anything that BK says. PC demand is dropping, cancellations and delays on X86 products. You are a fool thinking this is it and now you should feel safe.
