When they merging Tubo and GP?

TB + GP and D&I + DDS has to mean tons of eliminated positions. Keep all the front line people that do the work. Clean out all of the redundanct management. Matta couldn't do it because he had too many friends but now it can be done.
DDS = ADS
Fold it back in and loose the parallel management
Barton runs DDS. Kosay runs D&I. They are separate but should be one. Management positions could be cut for certain.
DDS is already part of D&I isn't it?
Soon! DDS and DNI need 2 do the same. Too many chiefs!
