Some team 40-50% in SSDC? What team ? Include Director level or above?
Seagate is so crazy . Should cut supporting functions by 50% like HR , purchasing and their duplicate higher paying cousins ICMT, logistics , EAO, etc
Few teams got 40-50% reduction today in ssdc.
The way they cut ,expect another round in Sept 2016. All the highly paid Ah gong still around ..... So many directors , senior directors , executive directors and VP around !!!! Omg . So top heavy . Once I saw the VP list , more than 70 of them around in Seagate !!!!! The director level & VP should cut by half at least .
Agree! 10/Jun only cut very little & small fly in WLD/SSDC.

Not true. Look at the highly paid people in logistics . Where got cut the fat salaries ... Logistics cut the foot soldiers. And only 2 foot soldiers .

Most of them high post with fat salary got affected
