So Power has transferred all of it's work to Hungary and will cease operations at Jport. Oil and Gas takes over the site but for how long and is this just another waste of time and money by GE bean counters?

Nope it was part of a 5yr outlook plan for O&G back in 2010. The desire to secure access to a Deepwater port to consolidate operations under a "supercenter" umbrella. It was covered briefly a townhall at Hydril when Christie was in town for OTC a while back. Looks this mightily fact come to fruition afterall.
