I think the post meant to say that any feedback to the Ethnics hotline or HR is punitive . The setup of Ethnis hotline is a framework to protect the company against legal suits . Any threat will be eradicated immediately. If any staff whistle blow, they will find their names in the list after the protection period is over . Using RIF is a common method to get rid whistle blowers post protection window .

I don't love the company anymore after witnessing how my fellow teammates are thrown out like overnight food .

Reading the threads here, makes me want to puke . I know exactly which two ED and D you are talking about .

I can't lose my job . I have to feed my family and raise my kids with my salary .

Totally sad at my situation .

For those who are Not RIF yet , no need to contact Ethnics Hotline or HR about the wrongdoings of Director Level and or above.

If you expose them, your name will suddenly be added to this list . They use this seemingly clever method to silence the noise . There is really no justice or ethnics in Seagate .

For those already left, please tell all the stories in this website . I believe many others like myself would love to hear.

She is not the only one.... Another Married Seagate director also harass the suppliers for xxx. HR I heard even interviewed one of the victims . at the end of the day , he is still happily working in his Woodlands office right at the back corner. This victim showed the report to her management and the person who took over her . The whole industry is now fully aware of the lechers in Seagate . I feel so ashamed to be still part of Seagate . I hope I get RIF in July . Seems that HR only serve Directors and above . Sinking company with sinking morals .

Why the Ethic SEAGATE no actions taken to one of the senior director have love affair with her favorite vendor, married man , top management personnel of the company. No business ethic conflicting?

There is a lot of dirt in the logistics team . Other than the ex director kena charged for corruption , there is a can of worms that they pressed the lid tightly . The dirt in China is not exposed yet .

$160K just on travel to Singapore . Not to mention domestic travels . Can cover 2-3 mid level headcounts in Singapore . His VP has poor management . Both his VP and him should leave Seagate . total sinners .

Can someone tell me why this logistics ED come to Singapore 8 times /annum. One year spend at least $160k just to come to Singapore . What happened to Webex ? A white elephant tool for Logistics . Logistics strategy for shipment also include shipping himself to Singapore . Then by the way , please walk the talk and come to Singapore via Ocean mode .
