With fear of Avaya seoll out, lot of experienced people in India are leaving company. No back fill is being done. New college pass outs are hired and being replaced as back fill. This Is adding lot of pressure on managers and other team members who are already very confused about Avaya and there own future. Only confusion and frustration prevails in Avaya. Almost everyone in India is searching for new opportunities. Talented ones are moving out and non talented ones will only remain with Avaya untill forced to leave. Dear friends, if you wanna secure your family - LEAVE AVAYA.

NICE has now shown interest in Avaya UC. Talks are going on......I will update if I hear positive news.
Last few days I have seen lot of Employees with Microsoft badge are roaming around in Santa Clara office.
More Confusion is better than No Information???
