ISP reversed?

Did anybody get their ISP decision reversed? I found out that a person (female)made it back to the hard ip group in folsom after being given ISP. Please post any cases you know. This seems like a scam

Why get back on the titanic? We're looking to jump off to lifeboats.

Guy in my group was ISP'd but was back in 2 weeks after appealing - manager acknowledged he gave SSL4 that was not performance related and so it set in motion actions to return him to work couple of weeks later

@aks You want to come back so that you can leave on your own terms. aka, come back and get a paycheck while you look for something else.

I took the VSP -- no regrets what-so-ever and I can't imagine wanting to come back....but, hey, that's me.

They should have just offered VSP to more people and avoided all this negativity.

You come back, everyone knows you got shafted, and the job already redirected.

Get of the sinking $hit, trust your skills and get out now versus regret it later ;-)

The reason people want to have the isp reversed is very simple: It is hard to find job elsewhere and the easiest way is if ISP is overturned and can come back yo work.

Even overturned why would anyone want to come back to the TItanic?

15-30% looks totally incorrect. My case has a lot of merit, manager change in middle of the year still ISPed and appeal rejected.

@dmc: I agree with you....15-20% does seem too high. If that figure is correct, so much for that great computer algorithm. Hopefully, Intel just lets each group decide who gets ISP next time.

Actually, I've heard of two separate cases os ISP reversal. I haven't seen them back at work yet but word is they are coming back.

I know of one person in TMG, got ISP because of SL4 from switching to a new group. That was overturned.

Totally unfair if they bring back the employee to the same job and another member of that group gets cut due to project cancellations. Lawsuit waiting to happen for Intel.

Yep an H1B girl in NSG folsom. Her husband works at intel too. but that also means changing the ssl4.

My friend in HR told me that 15-20% ISPs have been over turned. Good news for employees whose ISP appeal is successful.
