Here is the warn law loop hole. Jan 29 you're not fired, you're told you're laid off, pack bags but stay paid until warn law ends. Different number of days per number of people laid off.
Why are you so certain it is Jun29? Should a site closure be announced, is this the day a WARN clock starts ticking (some states have rules about mass layoffs and site closures)
For the love of shuggarts ghost, it's June 29. Numbers depend on site/Dept. For example, if we hate cloud 80%, while HR 7%. Make sense?
Same question for you as the June 29ers....any ideas on how many people will be impacted?
