In TX it is not against the law to record a meeting, so long, as at least 1 person agrees to it, AND that person can be YOU. It is NOT required to let the other participants know that you are recording, but it is considered "nice" to let them know, but again, YOU DON"T HAVE TO!!!!

Thank you for sharing this. Everyone should make an effort to forward this to as many people as posible. People need to know what NOV is really doing and planning. What a mess, what hypocrites.
