BK must go if Intel is to survive!!
What about and RCG with two years or maybe some poor guy who had a bad project and got Level 4 stock this year while rest of his career nothing negative?
BK didn't seem to care, so why does board or anyone else give BK a break.
His job for the money he is paid is when $hit happens to steer the company past it regardless. And instead he is going to commodity memory, IoT with no standards, modems where you have a pack of chinese and Qualcomm all chasing, what a recipe for success.
It IS BK's fault.

I use my personal computer non stop- it just happens to fit in my pocket and connect me to the Internet with wireless technology.
What they DON'T want are cruddy bloated wintel PCs that are harder to use and way less convenient.
PSO got an MBA from UC Berekely Haas, but the SF State intelligence or lack of it when he didn't recognize ARM play on X86 was like x86 on everything else. Also missed getting Apple and thus he will go down in infamy like the Guys who turned down IBM.

It's not BK fault that nobody want to buy PC anymore, regardless of what school he went to. Paul otenlini went to San Francisco state and did just fine; well until he goofed on the mobile market. 😡
The board hired Brian's replacement in Murthy but he probably doesn't care. He'll take his money and still get a CEO job elsewhere if he wants it. The new Indian supreme leaderfrom Qualcomm will cut drones and RealSense in a heartbeat as soon as he gets to it. Both are novel demos but not going to generate the billions in revenue Intel needs at 60% margin.
