Yes. Prior to leaving Intel the fastest way is through MyW4, part of the payroll section on Circuit. Afterwards you can print, fill, and submit (email, fax, mail) a copy to Intel's payroll dept. I used my last moments with my laptop to change my W4 to a high # of deductions so my final 2 payslips withheld a relatively small amount of taxes to offset the lump sum withholdings.

Be aware that the W-4 only affects your earned income from Intel. So, remaining regular pay events. Your separation and any sabbatical payout attract the emergency rate regardless of W4 elections so you will pay max withholding on those.

Also be aware any changes to FSA and DCAP deductions are calculated with all theoretical remaining payslips through 12/31 taking equal share of the difference between already deducted total and the new election. I cranked up mine to max and in the last 2 payslips managed to squirrel away a good chunk to pay for post-Intel expenses.
