People at this level not tied to performance. They should only be paid in stock.
Where is the record of this? Yahoo Finance doesn't have anything on it

He is collecting his bloody money
Dump baby dump ;)
He knows a lot of things others don't know - can look into the immediate future. Blatant Insider Trading move. SEC - are you paying attention?
The pervasive fog must have cleared. His vision of where Intel is going is resolute.
To be fair, it would be against prudent advice to keep too much exposure to your employer's stock. He doubtless has a ton of stock options and maybe some other Intel exposure besides employment. In his shoes I would be shedding stock too, especially any personally held stuff over 12 months holding (which would predate his hire). As an exec he has very limited windows when he is allowed to sell, and/or he has to schedule it so far in advance that it is difficult to time the market with relevance to immediate movements caused by news of the day or month. I mostly dismiss executive stock sale news as a function of their portfolio, tax, and estate planning strategies.
He knows where things are going, dump everything as fast as he can as it become available, tells you about what the employees still at the company should do too! LOL
He is smart man as he knows stock will sink shortly.
here are the executive holdings, Murthy officially has zero stake in INTC as of May 31st, though he likely has a huge amount of options which haven't vested yet from his new hire package:

If someone at his level is dumping stock like this, one must wonder how committed to Intel's future he really is imo....
haha, Indian!
I thought we had ownership requirements for people at the top. Someone forget to tell him?
