Thread regarding Cabela's Inc. layoffs

Hamburg has been a puss-pocket for years and instead of the Outfitters working as a TEAM and overcoming hard times. They bash management and one another. Everybody pointing fingers at the other like childish fools. Also, as always, small minded individuals want to play the "victim" card. How many stores are there company wide? and you believe you are the only store going through low morale, schedule conflicts and poor support? Elementary to think so!

Put yourself, for one simple day, in the shoes of one of the individuals you harp on. Each and every person is affected differently from the changes coming across the board. Management may not be the most professional; but they still listen to your bullshit and deflect it as best as possible. Which is more time in the day I'd give to most of you. I'd also go as far to ask how professional you think it is speaking negatively, anonymously over the internet. high five

I agree he must go. There should be someone watching him. That's what hr is for but she is in his little club. So they both do what they want. Someone should call at 8:30 in the morning looking for Jenn or call at 3:30 she won't be around at all don't forget her 3 hour lunch in the middle.

We need a new GM in hamburg. This one is still left over from the old boys Club. You never see him on sales floor.

He hides in his office with all his kiss but HR team keeping store outfitters from him. Never has his work shirt on. We need change store sales have never been so bad. He is the reason. #changeinhamburg #we had enoupgh. # sickoutday

The company is hoping to have outfitters leave by their own choice. They will continue to make demands that seem unreasonable in hope you will leave.

Grow up Hamburg. Your not the only ones.

If you think the store management has any control over this or could change this in ANY of the stores you must be blinded by ignorance. These are not optional policies. Whatever store you are/were in will benefit greatly when you are not there.

Believe me, this is all in preparation for the sell off so tommy and buds can walk away laughing. Soon Cabela's will be gone and will be BP. What a wate Tommy

All of the current management are not even qualified to be in management positions. They all got their positions by default or putting the screws to their co-workers.

They will also all get what they deserve in the end!

Guess HR better start working 24/7 when the backlash starts!

Hear Grogg is already bad mouthing management. She has always played both sides like she is every one's friend while she is stabbing you in the back!
